Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us through email or phone.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Once a cancellation request is received, our team will review the request and confirm the cancellation status.
If the project has not yet started, cancellation may be processed without additional charges.
If work has already begun, cancellation may be processed based on the stage of the project and work completed.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing, consulting, and creative services, refunds are generally not applicable once the project has started or work has been initiated.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If a payment was made but the project has not yet started
- If HealthAwake is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal reasons
In such cases, any approved refund will be processed after deducting the cost of work already completed.
Advance Payments
Most of our projects require advance payment before starting the work. These advance payments secure resources, planning, and execution for the project.
Once work has started, advance payments are non-refundable, except in special cases at the sole discretion of HealthAwake.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment, where possible.
